3LR Ventures, LLC is a top Investment Firm that specializes in multifamily investments. When select a property, we perform due diligence to identify properties that allow strong ROI for our investors but they also have to have value add opportunities to position our investors for back-end profit when the property is sold.

We invest in B and C properties in emerging markets, that are currently generating considerable ROI and with a solid investment plan and good property management, will perform for our investors at rates higher than they receive current in the stock market, venture funds or as equity in their existing properties. While we only invest in a handful of properties a year, it means we can focus solely on those we believe will out perform our minimum requirements resulting in  succeess for our investors.
